The plant is designed for 120 MMSCFD of associated gas and the temperature would go as low as – 130 C. The plant also includes Water Treatment and LPG production with a capacity of 1,000,000 Gallons of storage tanks. The capital cost of the project was about $130,000,000.

Refrigeration Gas Plant, Alberta, Canada

Engineering Consultant: responsible for modeling, detailed engineering, procurement and supervising of design activities and assist to prepare piping and mechanical documents for the projects for a two 50MMscfd refrigeration gas plant. Design and engineering for the refrigeration, amine sweetening for H2S removal and fractionation units as well as piping, procurement and IFC (Issued For Construction) drawings. The capital cost of the project was about $70,000,000

LNG Project, BC

Engineering and procurement responsible for process design and simulation. Set up a team of project engineers for developing process flow diagram, heat and material balance calculations, equipment sizing, and optimization for a Small Scale LNG plant with capacity of more than 10,000 tonnes/day for Altagas. This plant also includes a gas pre-treatment unit for H2S and CO2 removal. Other equipment were turbo expander/compressor, Liquefaction unit, cold box heat exchangers, pre- treatment and boil off gas units. This design also included a boil-off gas recovery system

Water Treatment, Fort McMurray, Canada

Design Engineering Consultant: responsible for designing/implementing lime and MagOx Slurry tanks and pumping skids for water treatment unit for SAGD project. The capital cost for the water treatment was about $30,000,000.All P&IDs and mechanical drawings were developed, special double wall tanks were designed, equipment sizing, pump specifications and structural design were completely performed and field construction/installation was supervised. The entire unit was designed based on the ASME codes and JACOS specifications.

Vapour Recovery Unit, Alberta, Canada

EPC Consultant: responsible for process design and developing P&ID from preliminary study to final IFC for a vapor recovery system of waste gases generated in the plant. This process was based on collecting all the waste gases from different sources (vents, flare, leaks, etc…) and recycle them back into the processing system. This design could save up to 95% of the waste gases that otherwise would have vented to the atmosphere. At the end all the IFC drawings for P&ID were issued and datasheets for the equipment were created. Control protocols of the system were designed and executed.

LPG Storage & Dispensing Terminal, Nigeria

Consultant Company responsible for preliminary and detailed engineering and project management for a LPG production and distribution terminal with a capacity of 1,000,000 gallons of LPG and Propane product. Prepared a complete project execution from FEED study to detailed engineering. Also, engineering calculations were performed and 12 Propane and LPG storage tanks designed. P&ID and other mechanical drawings issued for construction and a 3D modelling for plant piping and layout was issued

Integrated Gas Handling Facility Engineering Design, Nigeria

Consulting Engineering Company responsible for detailed design for a Cryogenic plant for Ethane recovery up to 97%. This plant has a complete NGL extraction system including De- Methanizer, De-Ethanizer, De- Propanizer, De-Butanizer and Condensate Stabilizer. Capacity of the plant is about 120MMscfd of product gas and more than 20,000 bbl/d of liquid products including LPG and Propane. A cryogenic flare along with a LP/HP flare stack and 12 compressor skids (more than 1500 HP each) also were included in the plant to complete the plant which is located in south west of Nigeria

Gas Lift Compression Onshore, Nigeria

Design Consultant Company responsible for detailed design for a pipeline network and compression system for gas lift facility. This included 4 reciprocating (4 stage) and injection manifolds for high pressure gas injection. Compressor selection, performance and system curves were created and analyzed. Also, a complete gas lift study was performed to select the best available technology to apply for this case. PFD and P&ID were developed, control narrative and all datasheets for instrumentation, control valves and storage tanks were created and procurement for compressor skids and tanks were conducted through cooperation with other disciplines

Compressor Station, Alberta, Canada

Lead Consultant contributed to amine sweetening optimization, glycol dehydration system, pipeline hydraulic calculations and vapour recovery unit calculations. Detailed calculations were prepared for equipment sizing of inlet separator, slug catcher, pumping skid and compressor package. Flare study was provided for the whole plant blowdown case and sizing of the flare stacks was calculated
