Mechanical Engineering

FFED has knowledgeable professional mechanical engineers with over 15 years of experience, serving in the Oil and Gas Industry. They are equipped with the most advanced tools for mechanical engineering design and ensures that all production and operation of mechanical systems exceed client needs. Our mechanical department has developed in three directions: Mechanical Design, Pipeline/Piping and Material Engineering. ASME pressure vessels, atmospheric tanks, piping design and equipment selection/design (compressors, turbo expanders, pumps and towers).

Process Engineering

With more than 25 years of experience, FEED provides process engineering that focuses on the design, operation, control and optimization of oil and gas processes through the aid of systematic computer- based methods and simulation programs such as Hysys, ProMax, PipeFlo, Pipesys, and Flarenet. FEED provides full in-house conceptual studies, front-end engineering design (FEED) and detailed engineering design services for Oil and Gas production and processing plants. Modeling and simulation tools such as Hysys, ProMax, PipeFlo and many others are utilized to complete the design

INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL

FEED has leading edge staff with over 20 years of instrumentation and control experience. Our service expertise is in design, start-up, commissioning and troubleshooting. Complete control system design, datasheet management, shutdown key and plant automation through DCS and PLC programming are parts of our control expertise.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

FEED provides services in the study and application of electricity and power plant including the determination of area classifications and compliance to electrical code requirements. Facility power management, MCC design and transmission & distribution systems will be implemented for the plant.

CIVIL/STRUCTURE

FEED provides engineering services that deal with the design, construction and maintenance in compliance to codes and owner specifications of the physical and naturally built environment.

DRAFTING/DESIGN

FEED specializes in the creation of drawings used by engineering, fabrication and construction personnel to aid in the design and construction of production facilities, buildings and equipment using up-to-date software and equipment capable of 3D modular design.

PROCUREMENT

FEED is experienced with the bidding acquisition, expediting and cost tracking of appropriate goods and/or services at the best possible total cost of ownership to meet client needs.
